A scholarship organised by the Ireland Canada University Foundation enables students enrolled in a Canadian university to participate in an Irish language based course in the Irish Gaeltacht (Irish-speaking region) in the summers of 2009 and
2010.
The course should be such that it is accepted for credit by the student’s university.
The level of the award will be calculated to cover the student’s travel, maintenance and course fees.
Those interested should, from their own researches nominate, with full details on the course term, fees, location and academic programme, the course they would wish to attend in the Irish Gaeltacht, and send this before April 3rd for the 2009 Summer session, to info@icuf.ie.
